Cooperation adds value to the product and to the partner's expertise
Choosing a suitable partner and system was a long and precise process. In the overall consideration was considered, e.g. functional content, life cycle costs, the modernity of the technical implementation, and the partner perspective. "With partnerships, we are looking for partners from whom we can clearly gain added value ourselves - not only through the product, but also through the partner's expertise," says Ojamo. In the procurement of the customer service and invoicing system, the customer-producer model did not come into question, instead the project required a completely different type of cooperation. "We chose Solteq because we trust that Solteq will develop a set of applications in a direction that will support Helen's work and strategy in the long run as well," states Ojamo and continues: "We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership, where in close cooperation we will constantly develop our services anticipating the future needs and opportunities of the energy market."
