Last spring, Solteq announced a new growth strategy with a focus on digital commerce and customer experience.To ensure effective implementation of the strategy, operative agility and readiness for quick strategic moves if necessary, Solteq has decided to adjust its management structure.The new Executive Team is one example of the change.

Ilkka Brander (40 years), the new solteqian and member of the Executive Team, will start in his new position on 22 November 2016.Brander has nearly 15 years’ experience in retail and the service sector.He has held management positions at the S Group, including department stores, speciality stores, grocery stores and digital business.In the past five years, Brander has lead the e-commerce business and the development of omnichannel retail at the S Group.Ilkka Brander holds the degree of Bachelor of Social Sciences, and he completed the Executive MBA Programme at Aalto University in 2013.

Tiina Honkiniemi, who previously headed the Customer Solutions segment, and Konsta Saarela, who has been responsible for international business, will continue working for Solteq.Tiina Honkiniemi has been appointed Head of Business Control. Her main task is to ensure efficient processes and good profitability in the most critical client projects.Konsta Saarela will continue his work with global clients in the Sales and Accounts unit.
