Changes in Solteq Plc’s Executive Team

The Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has appointed Oona Silén (b.1981) as VP of People and Culture and a member of the Executive Team of the company as of February 6, 2023. Silén is currently working as Head of HR at SYNLAB Finland Oy and has extensive experience in HR management.

”I am eagerly waiting for the new phase of my career to begin. The work community is challenged by organizational changes and emerging technologies. Skill development and fostering an inspiring and well-being promoting culture are ever more important in the IT sector”, reflects Oona Silén, the newly appointed VP of People and Culture.

“I am very happy to get Oona onboard to develop the company with us. I have had the pleasure of working with Oona previously, and I am confident that she will bring in first-class competence in international human resource management and the development of employee experience”, comments Aarne Aktan, CEO of Solteq Plc.

The current VP of People and Culture of Solteq, Kirsi Jalasaho, will continue in her position until January 31, 2023.
