Tampere Hall's previous POS system no longer met its evolving needs. The main challenges were the mobility of sales operations, limited flexibility, and a high level of manual work.
The system did not support sales outside the venue, such as at trade fairs or pop-up shops. After each event, products also had to be entered and checked again.
