    Solteq to help Invalidiliiton Asumispalvelut Oy to improve its services

    Solteq has started a comprehensive development project in cooperation with Invalidiliiton Asumispalvelut Oy (Validia Services) and TeliaSonera. The cooperation agreement for the project was signed at the end of August and the results are expected to be completed by the end of 2014. Solteq will be responsible for implementing the ERP System in the project.

    The reforms to be implemented in the development project will help Validia improve the safety and quality of the services it provides to its clients. By developing the operations and improving the systems, Validia will also be able to facilitate the everyday work of its employees: the office routines will be decreased and the staff will be able to focus more on meeting clients’ needs and assisting them.

    The new ERP System will enable Validia employees to receive information on work assignments on their mobile phones, which will optimise the amount of daily travel and allow more flexible work schedules and faster services. The solution will also provide up-to-date information on how operations and services can be improved continually. According to Solteq’s Sales Director Mika Sipilä, the new, innovative ERP solutions will help Validia improve its services and ensure a more efficient utilisation of its care services in the future.

    “The aim of the project is to develop and improve Validia’s operations and allow new care concepts. Other important aims in the project are increased transparency and enhanced reporting”, states Invalidiliiton Asumispalvelut Oy´s Managing Director Risto Hämäläinen.
