Solteq’s store solutions support Ruohonjuuri’s expanding to Sweden

Solteq Plc has provided LS Nav store solution to Ruohonjuuri's store in Stockholm as well as back end system for the Sweden’s country organisation. At the beginning of 2018, Solteq has also been responsible of Ruohonjuuri’s sales and back end systems in Finland.

Ruohonjuuri’s store in Stockholm, called Happy Food Store, is its first store outside of Finland and was opened on 11^th of January. Twelve stores specialty store chain is looking for internationalisation both via ecommerce and regular stores. Ruohonjuuri searched for an IT partner with a strong experience in enterprise resource planning and store systems as well as a wide range of services in Nordics.

“We chose Solteq because of their strong expertise in store solutions. Solteq has also knowledge of Swedish law and market requirements for the store solutions as well as wide services in Nordic level. We believe they will bring added value to our development projects. So far, the co-operation has been very easy and productive. This is our first IT project ever which has been below the budget and early in the schedule,” says Topias Nieminen, EVP Ruohonjuuri Oy.

Solteq has also previous experience in supporting Finnish store chains in their expansions to outside the Finnish boarders. The company has a knowledge of needed localisations and special features especially in Sweden and Norway. Solteq has offices in two cities of Sweden, in Stockholm and Karlstad.

Ruohonjuuri is a store chain which is specialized in organic food, natural cosmetics and healthy products. Beside webshop they have 11 stores in Helsinki, Espoo, Jyväskylä, Turku, Raisio, Oulu and Tampere. During 2018 there will be one more store in Helsinki.
