Why is it so challenging to build omnichannel business models?

Omnichannel investments have been a prevalent topic amongst retailers for over a decade. Why is it, that after all this time so many retailers still don’t have basic omnichannel capabilities in place? A recent Forrester Study (The State Of Retailing Online 2019) showed that just now retailers are investing in tactics like ”buy online, pick up in-store”.

In November Solteq's Minna Ruusuvuori and Eero Haavisto are hosting an interesting webinar with a very special guest from University of Oxford. With over 20 years of experience in academic research of global retail markets, Richard Cuthbertson is the right person to shed some light on the subject. With concrete examples from Finland and the UK, the webinar participants will:

  • have a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges related to omnichannel retail
  • know when to invest in omnichannel capabilities
  • learn from the success (and avoid pitfalls) of others to create world-class digital retail experiences for your customers.

The recording is available after the webinar for all registered participants. The webinar is intended for people working within retail, who are facing challenges with their omnichannel capabilities.

The webinar is hosted in English by:
