Mastering digital transformation in B2B business

Businesses selling to other businesses (B2B) have a problem: Their systems, their processes, even their customers have the most complex requirements in the market. Yet, their customer’s users expect B2C-like service and shopping experiences, no matter what.
How do companies cope with that strange expectancy?
How do they master digital transformation and beat their competitors?

In this session, Tim Hofmann, Account Executive at Liferay, will share

    • why digital transformation is (almost) always profitable,
    •  what three steps can be taken to achieve digital supremacy,
    • and support every step with one customer example.

This session will be interactive. Please have your smartphone or laptop ready.

The Customer is Always Right: How Retailers Can Offer a True Data-driven, Omnichannel Experience

Retail has never been through a more complex and crucial time. Customers are increasingly selective and will only buy from those retailers providing the best, hassle-free, satisfying experience. These are the brands that create loyalty and return customers who come back again and again. So how can retailers redefine the customer journey to match these demands, and become a truly data-driven business?
Building Unified Experiences for your customers across digital and physical channels is possible only when you have a single view of your data. In this session Mike Kiersey, Director and Head of Sales Engineering at Boomi will cover:

    • The role played by data in unifying experiences
    • The business value of creating a single source of truth and how to do it
    • Business challenges posed by data in Retail

Mike Kiersey, Director, Head of Sales Engineering, Boomi EMEA

Product Experience: A Keystone for Digital Commerce

Potential customers discover brands and products across channels. To create engaging experiences for those shoppers, accurate and enriched product data is a keystone. To deliver this your technical solution should be resilient and by operating natively in the cloud extensible to support optimised and personalised experiences.
